Processing and Shipping Times:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times typically range from 7-15 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Track your shipment using the provided tracking number at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Order Cancellation or Address Changes:
You can cancel or update the shipping address anytime before your order ships. However, once it has been shipped, we cannot process refunds or address changes.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping:
For select countries, we offer DDP shipping, meaning you won’t need to handle customs clearance or pay duties.
- USA – UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
- UK – Local DPD Express
- Europe – UPS Express/DPD Express/DHL Express
Countries eligible for DDP in Europe include: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, and Spain.
Please Note: For shipments to Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, and Serbia, there is a risk of secondary customs clearance. If goods are seized by local customs during inspection, customs clearance insurance will not cover the loss.
