Refund Requests Within 24 Hours:
You may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us promptly to receive a full refund.

Refund Requests After 24 Hours:
For orders placed more than 24 hours ago, a full refund may not be possible as orders are typically prepared for customs. In these cases, we can provide a partial refund of up to 50% of the order amount due to the cost of recalling the package.

No Refund After Shipment:
Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number is issued, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Insurance and Customs Issues:
All packages are insured. If your package is detained by customs and not released, we will issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues:
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other customer-related issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
